TRAINING

Monster Sushi wants to ensure all our franchisees receive the level of support they need to operate a successful franchise. Each operator receives a 16-week in-depth classroom course and hands-on training restaurant operations, food preparation, equipment operation and maintenance, staffing, marketing, catering, cost control, inventory control, management techniques and everything else you need to operate a successful franchise.

FRANCHISE CONSULTANT

Once you have completed your training, each operator is assigned a franchise consultant who will help apply the lessons you have learned at your restaurant and assist with the pre- and post-opening process, as well as provide you necessary ongoing support along the way.

LOCATION SELECTION

The proposed location or proposed changes to an existing location must be submitted to Monster Sushi for review and approval. Monster Sushi will provide you with guidlines for site selection and can provide a demographic report of your proposed location as well as assistance with construction review.

FINANCIAL SOURCES

While Monster Sushi does not provide financing, we are happy to introduce you to qualified, reliable financial sources who may assist you in preparing your plan and provide you financing if you meet their qualifications.

CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT

Monster Sushi has prototype building plans and blueprints to help guide the contractor who builds your restaurant, as well as specifications and sources for equipment. We can also assist you in the remodeling of an existing building. Our construction director can assist as a "point" person to help coordinate the project. Monster Sushi must review and approve your final building plans.

PRE-APPROVED PURCHASING SUPPLIERS

Monster Sushi requires that you purchase all equipment, supplies, inventory and other products and materials only from our pre-approved suppliers. Working with approved suppliers ensures the high standards of quality and also takes advantage of volume purchasing discounts we have obtained. You are not required to purchase or lease anything directly from Monster Sushi.

MARKETING & ADVERTISING ASSISTANCE

Monster Sushi will assist you in planning the promotion of your grand opening as well as provide ongoing marketing support including media and public relations, print and online advertising, in-store events and special promotions that will help increase traffic to your restaurant.

OPERATIONS MANUAL

Monster Sushi will provide an operations manual that includes daily aspects of operating a Monster Sushi restaurant. The manual is your guide to the standards and procedures of operations management, training, recipes, equipment, purchasing, control systems, marketing and the countdown to grand opening.
